The Myofascial Release (MFR) approach is a form of soft tissue therapy used to treat for flexibility and range of motion issues resulting pain and restriction of movement. If you have pain, discomfort or range of motion issues that keep you from living your life fully MFR can most likely help you. MFR is a wonderful alternative when other treatments do not resolve your problem.
